Job Overview
Responsible for providing support to the finance department through accurate recording, reporting, and monitoring of financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and record daily journal entries, vouchers, and invoices.
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable monitoring.
- Maintain accurate financial and accounting records.
- Assist in payroll processing and reconciliation tasks.
- Support in audit preparation and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledgeable in MS Excel and accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
