Job Description
- Process and record daily financial transactions.
- Prepare and review bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Analyze financial data to ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Support the preparation of year-end closing and tax filings.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payment inquiries.
- Assist with special accounting projects and other duties as required.
- Experience with financial reporting.
- Knowledge of tax preparation and regulations.
- Experience with payroll processing.
