Accounting Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage our company's financial records.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Bank reconciliations
• General ledger maintenance
• Assisting with month-end closing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
