Overview
On-site position in Pasig. Full-time, 3-5 years of experience, Bachelor's degree required.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Microsoft Office Excel and Word for financial data analysis and report preparation.
- Manage bank records and perform reconciliations using QuickBooks.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed reports, including statements of account and expense schedules.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in file naming and directory tree maintenance.
- Operate office equipment such as scanners, printers, and smartphones.
- Communicate effectively in English, both in writing and orally, within the team and with external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years work experience in an accounting position.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (strict requirement).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
