- Maintain and update inventory records in the accounting system
- Monitor stock movements (receiving, issuance, transfers, adjustments)
- Assist in preparation of inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Reconcile physical inventory with system records
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies
- Prepare inventory journal entries and supporting documentation
