Accounting Staff

Overview

Responsible for the recording, monitoring, and reporting of the company’s transactions in relation to sales, house account, complimentary, service charge, and BIR E-sales filing.

What You'll Do

• OPERATING NETWORK Internal Customers: Management, Finance and Accounting Head, Accounting Supervisor, Accounting Analyst, HRD, Restaurant Manager, Cashier Supervisor
• External Customers/Contacts: Clients

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaboratively work with the Accounting Supervisor and Accounting staff to ensure that all material and relevant financial transactions are timely and accurately recorded.
• In-charge of recording the daily sales transaction of the organization and/or the other entity, including cash and card sales transactions, and submitting the monthly sales report to the immediate Head and Operations Head for data analysis and sales condition of the company.
