Accounting Staff

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounting Staff to handle daily accounting tasks, tax compliance, and government filings. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in bookkeeping, VAT filing, and familiar with processes of government agencies such as the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Social Security System, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG Fund.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings
• Prepare and file VAT returns and related schedules
• Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements
• Perform bookkeeping tasks including journal entries and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with BIR requirements (e.g., 2307, 2550M/Q, 1701/1702, etc.)
• Assist in audits and preparation of supporting documents
• Maintain organized accounting files and documentation
