Position Title: Accounting Staff

Primary Responsibilities

• Review, manage, and maintain accounts receivable and payable records with accuracy and up-to-date tracking.
• Generate, issue, and record invoices for sales, parts, services, and vendor payments.
• Contact customers to follow up on outstanding balances and resolve payment issues professionally.
• Process vendor invoices, match them with Purchase Orders and receiving reports, and prepare timely payments.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the accounting system.
• Reconcile daily receipts, payables, and assist with monthly and year-end closings.
• Provide regular reports on receivables status, aging balances, and payables for financial reporting.
