A. ACCOUNTING FUNCTIONS

1. Prepares and prints Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Form 2316 (Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld) of employees.
   • Prepares alpha list of employees.
2. Recording in the book of accounts on disbursements and sales both CSMC & MSPC.
3. Prepares Application for Renewal of Business Permits and prepares necessary attachment:
   • Annual Sales Report
4. Obtains auxiliary permits for the Business Permit:
   • Permit to Operate
   • Fire Permit
   • Real property tax proof of payment
   • Barangay clearance
   • Community Tax Certificate
   • Sanitary Permit
5. Performs support functions such as encoding, bookkeeping, reconciliation of accounts, organizing and filing of documents.
6. Receives incoming phone calls regarding customer inquiries and clients following up on check payments. Transfers calls to concerned ...
