Assistance & Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and recording of basic accounting entries
- Encode and update accounting data in accounting systems or Excel files
- Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and organize vouchers, receipts, invoices, and other accounting documents
- Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash monitoring
