Accounting Staff

Responsibilities

• Responsible to A/P, Petty cash.
• Prepare replenishment report.
• Records daily transactions submitted post data to journal.
• Key worksheets to the general ledger system.
• Prepares/checks monthly reports and schedules.
• Discuss report results with Superior
• Maintain related files. Handles tasks assigned with strict and utmost confidentiality.
• Performs all Accounting related jobs.
• Performs other tasks as necessary and may be assigned from time to time by the Superior.

Background

• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
• With at least 1 year Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• With at least 1 year experience in Accounts Payables.
• With at least 1 year experience in Tax Compliance.
• Familiarity with computerized Accounting system is preferred
• Has good scholastic record
