Job Description

Responsibilities and tasks include:

• Communicate with relevant suppliers/vendors and process invoice
• Attach invoice and reconciliation purchase orders
• Deal with external and internal concerns
• Ensuring that all accounts payable activities comply with relevant financial policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy or any related business course
• With or without prior accounting experience
• With basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Team player, keen to details and can meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
