Job Description

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions and reports. This role involves supervising accounting staff, reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and government regulations. The Accounting Supervisor assists in preparing budgets, forecasts, and audit schedules, and provides financial analysis to support management decisions. The position also ensures that internal controls are implemented effectively and continuously improved to enhance operational efficiency.
