Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and review all disbursements, including supplier payments, operating expenses, and other obligations via bank transfers, wire transfers, and checks.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of disbursements, especially during peak e-commerce seasons.
• Conduct regular audits of disbursement records and inventory transactions to ensure proper documentation and controls.
