Job Description

Primarily responsible for checking of accuracy of recording sales including the computation for sales commission as well as checking and monitoring of accuracy and flow of inventory

Duties and Responsibilities

• Checks accuracy of sales report if reconciled with ERA System.
• Make necessary adjustment to solve sales related error.
• Analysis of sales monthly report data vs. sales target.
• Prepares GP analysis (profitability) per sales category.
• Maintains inventory report to reconcile with ERA system.
• Monitors inventory level and ageing and providing explanation when there is a deviation between actual inventory vs. par stock.
• Monitors cycle count in warehouse and consigned items in dealerships.
• Prepares landed cost computation for imported items.
