Accounting Supervisor

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including billings, collections, and other related tasks
• Lead and support the accounting team to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner
• Monitor sales invoices and collection receipts
• Maintain updated records of receivables and payables
• Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Perform other tasks as needed to support Accounts Receivable, Finance, and other accounting-related functions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Finance
• At least 2 or 3 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role
