Job Description

• Develop Training Materials: Create comprehensive training programs and materials to teach accounting principles, software, and best practices to new hires or existing staff.
• Conduct Training Sessions: Lead group and one-on-one training sessions, ensuring participants understand key accounting concepts and are proficient in using accounting systems.
• Assess and Provide Feedback: Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and feedback, offering guidance and support to improve skills and knowledge.
• Strong Accounting Knowledge: In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
