Accounts Executive

Our client is a leading regional real estate and property development group with an extensive portfolio across residential and commercial sectors.

In this role, you will work in a team of six to perform the full spectrum of financial closing activities, including the preparation and review of ledger entries, maintaining comprehensive fixed‑asset records covering acquisitions and depreciation, and processing accounts payable to ensure timely vendor reconciliation. Additionally, you will execute treasury functions such as cash flow monitoring, assist with documentation for annual audits, and compile essential data for budget forecasting.
