We are delighted to be growing our experienced and vibrant finance team with the addition of an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Head Office in Citywest, Dublin on a hybrid basis.

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a vital role in our finance department, ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of all accounts payable transactions. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to timely payments will be essential in maintaining positive vendor relationships and contributing to the financial success of the company.

 

You will be:

Accurately processing accounts payable invoices using our ERP system, COINs OA, and ensure proper coding and approval.

Verifying and reconciling vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
