Accounts Payable Clerk

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with Accounts Payable experience to join our accounting team for a short period of 12 weeks



8:30AM– 5:00PM). Must be very flexible with overtime hours and be willing to stay late, when necessary, although very rare.  This role requires effective time management, the ability to think independently, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the accounting principles, financial record-keeping, and regulatory compliance.

College degree in accounting would be preferable. The salary will be between $23.00/hr. to $24.00/hr. depending on the experience and qualifications.



Key responsibilities would include but won’t be limited to:



Invoice Processing - Receive, Review, and verify invoices from vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and purchase orders
