Accounts Payable Lead

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to step into a Team Lead role to oversee daily AP operations, payment execution, team coordination, and actively process complex invoices and vendor statements, not just delegate. This role will act as the primary escalation point for AP activities and help ensure smooth collaboration between U.S. and offshore teams.

Day to day:
Own all AP payments (ACH, wire, check) and invoice processing
Resolve payment issues (returns, reissues, Positive Pay, escalations)
Monitor invoice queues and keep work moving
Troubleshoot ERP/system issues with IT & Finance
Act as escalation lead and train AP teams (U.S. & offshore)
Handle vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Ensure compliance with controls and company policy
