We are seeking a Manager to join the Accounts Payable Shared Services team in our Client Accounting Advisory practice. This hybrid role requires in-person collaboration averaging 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for clients including AP, AR, and general ledger.
• Reconcile daily sales from POS systems with bank deposits and accounting records.
• Perform credit card reconciliations and third-party platform reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and management reports.
• Prepare and assist with the reconciliation of accounts (bank, credit card, prepaids, liabilities, payroll, etc.).
• Track and reconcile payroll, tips, and gratuities in compliance with U.S. standards.
