Accounts & Payroll Admin (Singapore)
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Payroll Admin to join our team in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities- Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping duties
- Process staff payroll accurately and on time
- Prepare invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
- Maintain employee payroll records and leave tracking
- Assist with CPF submissions and government filings
- Support HR and general administrative tasks
- Ensure proper filing and documentation
- Experience in accounts, payroll, or admin work preferred
- Knowledge of Singapore payroll and CPF processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
