Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to support a machinery manufacturing operation in Bowling Green, Kentucky. This is a Contract position focused on maintaining accurate receivables activity, supporting customer payment processing, and helping keep billing records current. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial collections experience, advanced Excel skills, and a detail-oriented approach to financial transactions.

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounts receivable activity by posting incoming payments and keeping customer account balances accurate.
• Prepare and process credit memos while ensuring supporting documentation is complete and properly recorded.
• Apply cash receipts to open invoices in a timely manner and investigate discrepancies when payments do not match outstanding balances.
