We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a team in Eugene, Oregon for a Contract position. This fully on-site opportunity is ideal for someone who is comfortable managing day-to-day receivables activity in a hands-on environment and can work effectively within a business that values a close-knit, collaborative approach. The role will support billing, payment application, and ledger updates.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on schedule while ensuring supporting documentation is complete.
• Record incoming payments, post daily cash receipts, and reconcile transactions to maintain accurate account balances.
• Enter general ledger activity into Sage 100 each day and help keep financial records current and organized.
