Accounts Receivable Officer

The Position

Sharp & Carter are currently partnering with a National organisation based in Brisbane’s Sourthern suburbs to recruit a permanent full-time Accounts Receivable Officer. Working closely with the senior finance team, this position plays a key role within the finance team and is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely management of invoicing, debtor collections and NDIS billing processes. This role will suit a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end accounts receivable function including invoicing, receipting and allocation of payments
• Following up outstanding debtor payments and preparing debt write-off submissions where required
• Maintaining accurate revenue and receivables data within the finance system, including journal entries and reconciliations
