Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all customer payments.
• Conduct proactive collections activities, including sending invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and negotiating payment plans with customers.
• Identify and resolve any billing or payment discrepancies, working closely with customers to ensure prompt resolution.
