Opportunity Description
Accounts
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and accurate records.
- Process invoices, payments, and credit notes.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
Admin
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files and company documents.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Reporting
- Inventory management

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting and administration.
