Job Title: Real Estate Deal Flow & Acquisitions Associate

Annual Salary: S$62,000 - S$76,000 annually (including base salary, AWS) + ~S$50,000 Additional Annual Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) Grant

Responsibilities

• Deal Sourcing & Velocity: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities meeting our investment criteria; reduce median response time from deal identification to indicative offer; achieve consistent monthly contactability rates with verified property owners; generate actionable LOIs quarterly that meet Investment Committee standards.
