Opportunity Description
The Team Leader, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation and accountability.
MHR:
- Hours of operations that will be required for the role: 3AM to 12NN. But our HOOP is 11PM-1PM, Sunday to Monday. Schedule may be changed as needed
- 100% onsite in BT
- Tech Background,( preferably networking). Client Facing experience a must

- Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates including work and attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy and applicable legal requirements
