We are seeking a part time (30 hours per week) Activity Director/Program Aide at our Bridgeview Adult Day Health Center. The rate for this position starts at $19 w/ a Monday- Friday 8:00am - 3:00pm schedule (No weekends or major Holidays!!).
The ideal candidate will assist the Program Leader in the preparation and oversight of activities, daily activity functions of the program and assist in the development of social, educational and recreational programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Assist the Program Coordinator in duties assigned.
+ Plan and implement appropriate activities that meet the individual needs of each participant.
+ Assist in the recruitment and training of volunteers.
+ Assist Program Coordinator through the design of new ideas to increase and ensure program growth and quality.
