Opportunity Description
SABAF S.p.A., leading company in manufactoring and distribution of components for the domestic and professional appliances sector, is seeking qualified candidates for an Electronic Lab Technician position within the Induction R&D Center, with the responsibility of the prototyping and testing of digitally controlled inverters for induction heating applications. The ELT will report to the Induction R&D Director.
Job Responsibilities
The candidate will work closely with multi-disciplinary groups including Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, System Engineering and Reliability.
The ideal candidate should be familiar with standard electronic lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeter, signal generators, etc.) and must possess basic good skills of electronic board testing and prototyping (SMD soldering is a must).
A basic understanding of power electronics engineering, analog electronics and microprocessor architecture is also a prerequisite.
