Adjunct - Business Law (Fall 2026 - Summer 2027)

Job Summary/Basic Function:

WSU’s Raj Soin College of Business, School of Supply Chain Management, Marketing and Management is accepting applications for adjunct teaching positions for the 2026-2027 academic year. The department of Management is seeking an adjunct to teach Law 4300 – Legal Aspects of the Workplace, and/or MBA 5400-90 – Survey of Business Law. Primary topics include: U.S. legal system as it relates to business, ethics in business, basics of contract law, the uniform commercial code, crimes, torts, intellectual property, the internet and how they relate to business, and alternate dispute resolution.t Minimum Qualifications

A Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Prior experience teaching business law (or related field).
