Responsibilities
- Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements.
- Working Trial Balance.
- Income Statement
- Balance Sheet.
- Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
- Maintaining the financial records in a complete and systematic manner.
- Preparation of Special Financial Reports as may be requested.
- Financial Statement Analysis.
- Perform general administrative management tasks but not limited to directory
Qualifications
- Graduate of Financial Accounting course or equivalent
- With 1-2 years' work experience in the Property Management Industry.
- Proficient in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
- Must be Computer Literate
- Strong personality with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, able to effectively interact with clients regarding property matters.
