About the job Admin Assistant (Commercial Operation)
Job Responsibilities
- Service, liaise and negotiate with business partners, solicitors, estate agency, walk in customer and owner on renting/sales related matters.
- Handle the processing and documentation of tenancy agreements and any other administrative aspect of tenancy.
- Follow up closely with owners and tenants for any outstanding tenancy documents.
- Perform data entries in system relating to tenancy details.
- Updating of tenancy information and keep track of renewal or entering new tenants.
- Prepare necessary paperwork (agreements, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
- Performing finance task such as processing monthly payments and claims by using OA system.
- Assist in other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior/Manager from time to time.
