Opportunity Description

Responsibilities
  • Handle client admission: explain charges, subsidies, means testing & arrange transport/assessment
  • Reception duties & attendance registration
  • Answer phone calls & coordinate meetings
  • Collect payments & maintain records
  • Filing, monthly statistics & utilisation reports
  • Update client profiles (HHMT, demographics, etc.)
  • Track consumables & replenish stock
  • Assist with transport scheduling & liaise with Next-of-Kin
  • Other admin duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years relevant admin experience
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Meticulous, independent, reliable & good interpersonal skills
