Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Handle client admission: explain charges, subsidies, means testing & arrange transport/assessment
- Reception duties & attendance registration
- Answer phone calls & coordinate meetings
- Collect payments & maintain records
- Filing, monthly statistics & utilisation reports
- Update client profiles (HHMT, demographics, etc.)
- Track consumables & replenish stock
- Assist with transport scheduling & liaise with Next-of-Kin
- Other admin duties as assigned
- Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years relevant admin experience
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills (written & spoken)
- Meticulous, independent, reliable & good interpersonal skills
