Responsibilities
- Responsible for phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Administrative duty including managing and organizing files & databases, data entry, courier services and mail distribution
- Provide general administrative support to senior management as and when needed
- Assist in corporate secretarial works
- Maintain office equipment & supplies
- Perform other general administrative tasks as assigned by Manager
- Candidates must possess at least GCE O level and above
- At least 3 years working experience in related field
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/ Administrative support or equivalent
- With good interpersonal skills, analytical, meticulous, able to multi task
