Job Title: Admin Assistant
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Working Location: Admiralty
Salary: SGD 2,500 – SGD 3,000 basic (depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities- Handle daily administrative and secretarial duties.
- Prepare, organize, file, and maintain company documents and records.
- Attend to phone calls, emails, and general correspondence.
- Receive and attend to customers and visitors professionally.
- Manage office supplies purchasing and inventory control.
- Maintain office cleanliness and ensure a proper office environment.
- Arrange meetings, appointments, and schedules for management.
- Support other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the company.
