Opportunity Description
We are hiring a part time or full time administrative clerk.
Responsibilities- Attend to walk-in customers, incoming phone and email enquiries
- Communicate and coordinate with customers in ensuring prompt follow-up and closure for all enquiries
- Process class registrations, invoice and payment receipts
- Correspond with existing customers through phone, text messages and emails
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers
- Perform a variety of administrative duties in support of the day-to-day operations
- Able to speak ,read and write Chinese words
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Applicants with experience working in tuition or enrichment centres have an added advantage
- Able to work on weekend but exclude public holiday
- Minimum O levels or equivalent
