Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management
- Manage office supplies and inventory; handle procurement and vendor coordination
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes when required
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Assist in maintaining and updating records, databases, and internal systems
- Support basic accounting functions such as invoice processing, petty cash handling, and expense claims
- Assist in reconciling accounts and preparing simple financial reports
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers as needed
- Perform any other ad hoc administrative or accounts-related duties as assigned
