Admin Assistant (Catering Services) Job Responsibilities
- Data entry and administrative support
- Microsoft Word formatting and document preparation
- Scheduling and coordination
- Simple filing and paperwork
- Answering calls and handling customer enquiries
- Assisting with catering service coordination
- Basic administrative experience preferred
- Familiar with Microsoft Word and general computer usage
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Malay to liaise with Malay-speaking customers
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PM
