- Maintain and organize records (physical and digital)
- Check accuracy of documents before endorsement
- Handle invoice-related processes and monitoring
- Update inventory and request office supplies
- Perform general admin and clerical tasks
- Data encoding and filing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Problem-solver with a proactive attitude
