Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year Business course
- (Accounting, Finance, Management, or related)
- With accounting or bookkeeping experience (1–2 years preferred)
- Solid understanding of:
- Basic accounting principles
- Accounts payable & receivable
- Expense tracking and reconciliation
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
- Able to handle confidential financial data
Primary Responsibilities (Accounting-Focused)
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions
- Handle billing, invoicing, and collections monitoring
- Prepare expense reports and cash flow summaries
