Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to operations and sales. They will work with the sales team to develop opportunities and to drive SGS brand identity that reinforces SGS's recognition and reputation with customers. This role will facilitate the success of all interactions between staff and clients.

  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Management of reception area (Vallejo)
  • Quoting, Client registration and set up
  • Assist sales team with bids, RFQs and market research
  • Process client orders including logistics and shipping (some light warehouse work)
  • Account management and maintenance
  • Clear and concise coordination with relevant departments
  • Troubleshooting client issues
  • Back up support Administrative functions including billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable
