Opportunity Description
Delma Laboratory for Soil & Construction Materials Inspection LLC is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily laboratory operations, manage documentation, and assist with client coordination. This role is responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, and providing general support to laboratory and management staff. The position reports to the Office Manager or Laboratory Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors to the laboratory
- Maintain and organize laboratory files, records, and documentation including test reports, client files, and quality records
- Prepare and format correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as requested
- Assist with data entry and maintain accuracy of information in laboratory databases
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries
