Job Description

  • Prepare and submit basic expense reports on behalf of stakeholders using internal tools. Ensure proper documentation is attached, including scanned receipts and cost coding. Follow up on pending reimbursements and support communication with Accounts Payable (A/P) for status updates. 

  • Create, organize, and maintain digital folders in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. Save documents using standardized naming conventions. Assist in retrieving requested files for internal use and ensure version control is followed. Support routine audits to check for outdated or missing documents. 

  • Enter information into internal trackers, spreadsheets, and platforms with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. Help maintain up-to-date databases used by stakeholders and ensure no duplication or data gaps occur. Escalate inconsistencies or errors to senior admins or team leaders.
