Opportunity Description
- Answer all incoming phone calls for property managers
- Maintain calendars, task lists
- Send out all conference call and meeting requests for managers
- Answer questions from occupants/tenants/vendors before directing to managers.
- Follow up on occupant/tenant/vendor emails etc.
- Maintain files for properties, i.e. budget, contracts, vendors, leases.
- Collect and submit payroll forms to manager for approval.
- Type and distribute all meeting minutes, building issues, etc
- Follow up on property violations, draft cure letters and submit to DOB
- Submit all DOB Ownership signatures
- Prepare monthly building issues for all buildings
- Assist with the DOB NOW permit process, checks, following up with all parties
- Create spreadsheets on an as-needed basis
