Key responsibilities include monitoring and tracking attendance, coordinating truancy interventions, maintaining accurate student records, and providing general administrative support to staff. The role also involves regular communication with families, staff, and external partners, including other schools.
Primary Duties
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and parent inquiries regarding student attendance.
Send attendance and truancy notification letters to families at various stages of the process.
Utilize pivot tables in Google Sheets to monitor student attendance trends and engagement.
