This full-time position based in Kapitolyo, Pasig City, Metro Manila, will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our growing organization. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth running of our office.
What you'll be doing
- Managing schedules, calendars and travel arrangements.
- Organizing and maintaining filing systems, both physical and digital
- Coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and distributing relevant information
- Providing support with various administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and expense reporting
- Serving as the point of contact for internal and external inquiries
- Assisting with project management and special initiatives as needed
- Demonstrating a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
