Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Collection & AR team. This role ensures accurate data entry, organized document management, and efficient report preparation to support smooth financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Accurately encode AR and collection entries into the system and Excel templates.
- Maintain an organized filing system for AR and collection documents for easy retrieval.
- Serve as the document custodian for all AR and collection records.
- Prepare reports as required by the Collection & AR Manager.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Collection & AR Manager.
Qualifications
- At least college level, with experience in administrative support.
- Computer literate with experience using financial systems.
- Prior experience as an Admin Assistant in AR or collection is a plus.
